The goal of the IS-0800.d, National Response Framework, An Introduction, is to provide guidance for the whole community. Within this broad audience, the National Response Framework focuses especially on those who are involved in delivering and applying the response core capabilities, including:

  • Private sector partners
  • Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
  • Government officials
  • Community leaders
  • Emergency management practitioners
  • First responders

Thank you for registering for the ICS 800.d Recorded Session.  After you launch and complete the course, you will need to complete a "Quiz" (attestation that you viewed entire webinar) and Evaluation in order to download the LMS certificate

1. Log in to https://www.NYLearnsPH.com
2. Click on My Courses from the User Menu, Current Courses is the default folder.
3. Find the course in your list of Current Courses and look in the Activities column; select the activity due.
4. Complete the quiz and click on the Submit button.

The Course Evaluation can be found after you submit the quiz/attestation. 
Go to Current Courses - Activities Column - Evaluation Due.

If you do not see the course you are looking for in the Current Courses area, you may have already been completed for the course. Click on the Completed Courses tab, and find the activity due in the Activities column.

For FEMA Certification: please log onto the FEMA website to complete the IS800.d FINAL EXAMhttps://training.fema.gov/is/sidpiv.aspx?eid=IS800d

FEMA has implemented the use of a Student Identification (SID) number. You will be required to obtain and use the SID to take the exam. If you do not yet have a SID follow the steps at this link to register for one: https://training.fema.gov/apply/notice.aspx
