To receive a completion certificate for participating in the training session, you must attend the scheduled WebEx session, and get a passing score (70%) on the quiz.

To print your Course Completion Certificate:
1. Log on to the learning management system www.nylearnsph.com
2. Select My Courses from left panel menu
3. Select Current Courses
4. Under Activities/Quizzes click the eFINDS Quiz – due and submit your answers
5. Go to Completed Courses
6. Select View Certificate to print or save.
