The Department of Health (“Department”) is pleased to announce the availability of funding under the Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program for State Fiscal Year 2026-27. Operators of Department-licensed Adult Care Facilities that provide services to individuals receiving Supplemental Security Income, State Supplemental Program benefits, Safety Net assistance, and/or Medicaid (with respect to residents of Assisted Living Programs) are eligible for EQUAL Program payments.
