Course Description
This course covers all information necessary to begin the certification process for using the Integrated Health Alert & Notification System.
Participants will receive hands on practice with the tools and be offered an opportunity to complete certification.
Users who wish to complete certification are strongly encourage to send an advance message to any audience they may broadcast to as part of the certification process. Typically course participants broadcast a sample notification to their HCS/HIN Coordinators (LHDs) or Directory Coordinators (NYSDOH).
