Course Description

This webinar provides an overview of the legal framework that shapes public health practice in the United States. The session will explore the foundations of U.S. public health law, including the sources and scope of public health authority. Participants will also examine how recent legal, policy, and structural changes are reshaping the public health system. By the end of the webinar, attendees will have a clearer understanding of the legal context influencing public health decision-making and practice today.
