Launching this course will bring you to the course page on Public Health Training Courses Online (phtc-online.org). This site is supported by the Center for Public Health Continuing Education at the University at Albany School of Public Health. PHTC Online offers a level of integration with NYLearnsPH.com. You will be asked to complete a short, one-time registration. Once you are registered with phtc-online.org, you will be able to access any and all of the courses using the Username and Password you create during that first registration.
It is your responsibility to maintain a copy of your certificate, issued from PHTC Online, for this module as evidence of meeting any program curriculum you are required to complete.
