NOTE: Once the course is launched you need to interact with the course within 60 minutes or the player may time out.
Failure to interact with the package for more than 60 minutes may result in a player Time-Out in which case you will need to contact edlearn@health.state.ny.us or Contact Us and ask to have your "SCORM Cache cleared."
Completing the Course: In order to complete the course, or leave the course early and benefit from automatic bookmarking, you must: Close the Icodeon SCORM player properly by clicking on the "Exit" button in the upper left-center toolbar, then you may close the window by clicking on the red "X" in the upper right corner. This will allow the system to note where you are or, post your interactions which may satisfy the rules for course completion.
